      Pros

      The onboarding process was very thorough, covering everything regarding my work history over the last 7 years.

      Cons

      The amount of proof I needed to submit for my prior work history was the worst part of the onboarding paperwork. The hourly rate is a little low compared to other similar contracts I've worked but still enough to live.
