Pros

-MOST of the people who work here are fun, all former athletes. -Ability to make more money the harder you work -Working in sports

Cons

-Management does not "practice what they preach" -Claim to have a "flexible schedule" but then will get on you about breaks longer than 5 minutes or talking to other people in the office -Commissions aren't paid on time -Management seems to lie about things a lot, or "play dumb" to situations when they know they're in the wrong -Turnover seems pretty high at such a small company -All the reviews for the company on this site were written on the same day in Dec. of 2016, which seems pretty disingenuous.

Pros

1) You get to build real relationships with coaches and programs, helping student-athletes raise money for things that actually matter. 2) The platform is strong and trusted, which makes outreach credible. 3) Tons of autonomy and room to grow personally and professionally. 3) Leadership is easily accessible and always open to feedback — it’s a company where initiative is noticed and your voice matters. 4) Competitive environment that teaches sales, relationship management, and organization at a high level. 5) Building relationships and seeing programs hit their goals is genuinely rewarding.

Cons

1) Fast-paced and sometimes high-pressure, especially around quarterly goals. 2) Balancing communication with dozens of teams at once can be demanding. 3) Coaches and admins often call or text at all hours — strong communication skills and boundaries are key. 4) Work-life balance can be challenging and highly dependent on how disciplined you are with scheduling.
