Pros
I feel the employees at etech are definitely one of its biggest strengths. I’ve made good friends at the company and considering its a relatively small company -they do good job at embracing diversity. I’ve worked at etech for about 2 years and have seen a lot of change and improvement at the company, especially in the past 6 months. The structure is a little loose so its not an environment for everyone but if you’re self motivated and are willing to step up you can do well at etech. Each employee definitely has to wear multiple hats which means you work hard but it forces you to learn to new things which is a good thing IMO.
Cons
As stated before the structure is a little loose but in my experience this is fairly common in smaller companies. This can be a pro or con depending on what type of environment you like working in.
