Starting Pay will always be competitive... but won't remain so - Anonymous employee eVestment Employee Review

Pros

nice office space, private gym for employees, mostly good culture that allows for bleeding edge tech and pushes big ideas and ownership as part of the culture. Lots of promoting from within occurs.

Cons

There has been a lot of turn over in recent years as leadership changed hands. There is a lot more red tape than there used to be on the technology side. Salary wont stay competitive with new hires coming in. Expect people several years your junior to make more than you, you will get a song and dance about how they can't fix that problem without a promotion. Even though you are likely already doing the job the promotion would require.

Pros

Being remote is great and they’re pretty flexible with time off policy as long as it’s not quarter-end. It’s a good start for a professional career.

Cons

Communication is horrible and the daily operations are frustrating to endure. There’s very little (or outdated) guidance and you’re left to learn things on your own which can be time consuming. The tool continues to be bloated and frustrating to work with. Not much opportunity to learn anything outside of the operations so take advantage of the shadowing programs. Also the pay does not compensate for the work being done. You’re taking on roles from other groups being overwhelmed which isn’t fair.
