Pros
Brilliant teams, both in head office and the field. People have a can do attitude and manage to have fun even when times are tough. Very flexible with hybrid working for office staff with the office in a great location.
Cons
There is pressure from management & clients to deliver but that is because the business sets high standards that we all strive to achieve...it is what separates eXPD8 from the competition!
