Located in Central Bristol, the office is accessible and there is always something to do. The office is extremely sociable with a fun and friendly environment! Always Central Office events such as 'Fancy Dress' competitions and quizzes to win prizes. Have learnt a lot in this job role and have dealt with exciting Clients.

The job role can be extremely stressful and demanding, also expected to stay late at times. General lack of investment in staff, with lack of development and training. Although there is a

We are aware that working in a fast-paced environment can be stressful at times, that is why we encourage our staff to prioritise and to ask for support when need it. We do invest in our team and having recently undergone Getting Together meetings we are in the process of pulling together a Training Needs Analysis to enable additional training to be undertaken for all.
