      Fantastic company. I converted all 3 of my offices to EXP. If anything they promised less than they delivered.

      Create your own schedule. create your own market.

      Cons

      You HAVE to find the right team in your area, otherwise you will feel like you are swimming in an ocean on your own with lots of valuable resources but no idea which way to swim.
