If you are not so busy, the money difference is pretty big. If you are very busy, the money difference is huge.
When factoring in the tech is better than the other brokerages I have worked for, the support I receive is better, I get paid faster, I can make it to a lot more training..and to repeat the most important thing, the money, it is a no brainer for me.

The revenue share is great and makes it worthwhile

all calls to support are outsourced and are seldom able to be solved over the phone
late response to emails in a business where time is money
need to sign on to their virtual cloud world if you need some help in the field which can be inconvenient when you are actively showing houses
has lost all sense of a small brokerage feel, especially when you need help or help navigating a transaction.
