I'm so glad my Team Leader decided to join EXP Realty back in January 2018. With all of the benefits of stock, higher commissions, and no excessive fees i'm not sure why anyone would choose to go anywhere else. After having worked in other brokerage offices and seeing all the internal company issues at them, this is by leaps and bounds, the absolute best option.

The revenue share is great and makes it worthwhile
Cons
all calls to support are outsourced and are seldom able to be solved over the phone
late response to emails in a business where time is money
need to sign on to their virtual cloud world if you need some help in the field which can be inconvenient when you are actively showing houses
has lost all sense of a small brokerage feel, especially when you need help or help navigating a transaction.
