I love the incredible support and energy with every single EXP event and announcement that has happened in the 8 months that I've been with the brokerage!

I do miss some of the in person meetings at my old brokerage, but now i just go for lunch with those people.
The revenue share is great and makes it worthwhile

all calls to support are outsourced and are seldom able to be solved over the phone
late response to emails in a business where time is money
need to sign on to their virtual cloud world if you need some help in the field which can be inconvenient when you are actively showing houses
has lost all sense of a small brokerage feel, especially when you need help or help navigating a transaction.
