Pros
I get to work from home and still get to reap the benefits that every other corporate job offers! Great employer paid benefits and lots of paid time off. The managers and staff are always helpful and kind.
Cons
The only real downside I have experienced is the lack of face to face interaction with people. However, eXp goes above and beyond to make sure that the staff have opportunities to interact with one another and do team building exercises.
