The major con is that a few months ago I would have given eXp a five-star rating without hesitation. However, as anyone reading these by date can see, a regime change has sent the internal side of operations into a tailspin. Morale is in the dumpster and upper management, while very aware, does not care. We went from collaborative and cooperative to cold and authoritarian in a near instant.
Restructuring is leading to work for works' sake, with too little time to ensure processes are done properly. Instead of measuring twice and cutting once, we're being told to not measure at all so we can cut MORE. Six months ago I could have seen myself here for years, if not decades. Now I can't imagine staying for the remainder of the year.
FYI, everything the other internal reviews highlighted is 100% accurate. If you are looking at an internal position at this company, I'd suggest going somewhere else, at least for the foreseeable future.
