The new CIO has come in and completely torn apart the tech team. He has hired his friends from other companies and demoted people who work here to put in his friends and has no real idea of what Agile is. Teams are no longer doing sprint planning, retrospectives, or even story pointing stories which is crazy for a company that has "Agile" in their core values. They say they are doing "ScrumBan" but clearly have no idea what the principles are behind that either.
The company was one one of the best companies you could work for with the best company culture which has disintegrated into a toxic and hostile work environment. There is no trust left in this organization which is why people are heading out.
