      Remote work Literally the only pro is it is remote but that are forcing me to write something else

      Micro management It is only about how fast you can do your work They don’t care about their employees They don’t care about their realtors Managers and supervisors are like high school and suck at their job

      You HAVE to find the right team in your area, otherwise you will feel like you are swimming in an ocean on your own with lots of valuable resources but no idea which way to swim.
