Pros

Working remotely is the greatest thing ever- for the right personality type. The company's stage of life offers opportunities for innovation and advancement, unlike any other company I've ever worked for. The agents are incredible to work with, the employee benefits are some of the best around, and the people working at eXp help you grow in many ways. I recently celebrated my eXp anniversary, achieving a huge milestone for a millennial- surpassing the longest I've ever been in a job. I have found a home at eXp and I am sure that you will as well.

Cons

Working remotely- for the specific personality type. If you've never worked remotely before, one should note that it can be lonely for some, hard to stay motivated, tempting to neglect your duties. You will not survive at eXp if you don't do your work. Working remote requires discipline and confidence and for some personality types it is just not a fit.

Pros

Great company to work for. Remote work environment. Great commission split, low fees.

Cons

Nothing really, I had a great experience. If fully remote is not for you, I don’t recommend eXp.

Pros

The revenue share is great and makes it worthwhile

Cons

all calls to support are outsourced and are seldom able to be solved over the phone late response to emails in a business where time is money need to sign on to their virtual cloud world if you need some help in the field which can be inconvenient when you are actively showing houses has lost all sense of a small brokerage feel, especially when you need help or help navigating a transaction.
