Pros
Before its descent, Easykind was a very rewarding and fun place to work. They sold me a dream but I watched the company change. It’s easy to live in their pretty delusion and make great friends with the other brainwashed employees.
Cons
The higher management don’t care about their employees and especially not their patients. Easykind used to be all about providing quality care to their patients but now, all they are focused on is profiteering off their patients’ health conditions and paying their employees inadequately. They even shame your work ethic and loyalty to the company if you want to take Victorian public holidays off. The staff turnover is very high, for good reason. If you aren’t in the inner group of higher management, you won’t get anywhere. They instil so much fear for your job everyday. I saw them sack people who show the slightest bit of resistance or people who don’t want to participate in their parties they throw, to keep you sucked in. Only when I left, did I finally feel a weight off my chest. Stay far away from this place for your own sanity. Also, apologies in advance to the marketing team who will have to deal with this now.
