Okay job - Team Member eegee's Employee Review

Super flexible hours, very forgiving with finding coverage as long as it’s advance

Since it’s been bought out, it’s gone corporate

Easy enough job. Fun working with young adults.

Difficult to get young employees onboard with meeting metrics, most specifically drive times. Everytime metrics were almost attained for bonusing they would adjust qualifiers to put you just out of reach. Never had bonus structure change so much during my tenure.
