Pros
good learning, you'll have to because there's not much assistance available; Health insurance and matching pension are provided ; there is training available after a year or so, and there are incentives to earn certificates ; if you're lucky, as I was, you might meet nice people and good network.
Cons
Making sure you understand they have to sell your hour well below what you deserve, so you will be underpaid; the typical MSP difficulties of working out of hours occasionally, with almost no appreciation; not being appreciated for your effort and being treated like a number; receiving any wage raise makes you feel terrible and undeserving; Poor management as it's top, appears to be a top-tier company on social media but isn't even near; and finally, and for me, the worst part, how you feel undervalued… Working there wasn't enjoyable except from the learning and a few people, I wouldn't recommend except if no options or if you are ok with the above.
