- startup if filled with intelligent, down-to-earth people - get to wear multiple hats and collaborate with different parts of the company (especially as an intern looking to get a better idea of the industry) - the team is dedicated to making sure you feel challenged and are gaining a lot from the experiences

- there's a lot of projects going on at once which may be different for someone not use to a startup environment

Welcoming Environment, pretty relaxed company structure

the company R&D group is not well organized and I found hard to believe that they were making any progress in improving their products.
