None to speak of - very disorganized and amateurish.
Cons
No overall plan, no roadmap to get things done or improve things. Do all the things all at once with less budget than last year, not a great environment. Many higher ups who wouldn't pass a HR screening in a decent sized company and if they did they wouldn't last longer than 5 mins in the real world. Managers and Directors not pulling the same direction, pettiness and politics are the way here. Some Directors speak of Transparency, honesty and Openness but will stab you in the back on a whim. Not nice culture created by them no one takes ownership or responsibility for anything. You get what you deserve, a good old fashioned Audit is required here very strange goings on in Finance, resident accounts are a mess, Substantial amounts of money left in drawers the list goes on and on
