Pros
Emircom is financially strong and have ability to execute. Lots of large projects. You can get good exposure. Closely aligned to large vendors like Cisco & APC. No micro-management or excess work pressure.
Cons
Frustrating excessive management & legal process and procedures. They will hold your passport in their custody and you need to get approval to get it released. Work is mechanical and boring. Very few activities beyond work. You cannot expect to move up the corporate ladder unless you are Lebanese.
