      Pros

      1. Diversified work. Being a growing company one can really touch all the aspects of the software in a very short time. 2. Good place to learn practical aspects of machine learning. Someone diligent enough can actually understand the type of machine learning algorithms for each use case. 3. The CTO is a very helpful and approachable guy. Any aspects of software design can be easily discussed with him.

      Cons

      1. Salary needs to be higher for living in Vienna. 2. Maybe the office location doesn’t help much in expansion.

      Pros

      emotion3D's team is young, dynamic and fun. It's a pleasure to go to the office because it's not just work but also lots of fun. The company culture allows for flexible modes of work such as home office and remote work. In addition, the field of automotive / deep learning is super interesting and always evolving. As an employee there are many ways of developing in different directions as the managers are very considerate of individual career plans.

      Cons

      There are not many cons of working at emotion3D - maybe the Viennese weather in winter ;)

      friendly - environment, innovation , professionalism

      Cons

      not something significant, a little disorganised due to corona virus situation but makes perfect sense

Corona was definitely challenging for all of us since we constantly had to adapt to different situations to protect our colleagues, families and friends in the best way.
