Working at Engage4more was a truly enriching experience that gave me valuable exposure to the dynamic world of events and artist management. My role involved outreach to artists, event companies, and luxury hotels—an experience that significantly expanded my industry understanding and professional network. One of the standout aspects of my time there was the opportunity to learn firsthand about the nuances of the corporate events and entertainment space, from curation to execution. The team culture was incredibly collaborative and encouraging, with everyone invested in each other’s growth. A special mention must go to the founder, Nishant Parashar Sir, whose vision, leadership, and approachability created a truly inspiring work environment. His support and belief in the team made a significant impact on my journey.
