Pros

I think EonX is getting a bad rap in these other reviews, and it has come such a long way in a short period of time. This place is full of intelligent people. The products are in a much better state than most SaaS/PaaS products in the market, and have focused on setting up good foundations before building features on top. The developers and technical team members are incredible. Their quality is high, and they bend over backwards to deliver something that they're proud of. Delivery is a bit chaotic with how they approach things but the leads clearly band together with their teams to unblock and flex to get the job done. Business communications and strategy has significantly improved this year. There is a much clearer direction for each area of the business and this is openly discussed in our monthly town halls. We are better celebrating people's wins and fostering a more team oriented culture. Special shoutout to Emilio who is almost single-handedly holding most of the culture together. I'm constantly impressed with how dedicated everyone is to ensuring deadlines are met. EonX cares about their clients and constantly wants to build and grow these relationships. The business offers competitive salaries, but go in high because this is unlikely to change during your tenure.

Cons

The executive team is a bunch of white men who all bring something valuable to the table, but it would be great to see a bit of diversity at this level. I'd love to say there's no politics you have to work out, but there is definitely some within middle management that needs to be navigated. Work life balance is achievable, but there's a real workaholic culture within the organisation. People come online early and work late to keep things moving. The dedication is great, but it does unintentionally set an unhealthy standard and culture for others.

Pros

Non-leadership team is a great bunch of people.

Cons

*They micro manage your entire day, by the hour *They change the requirements of your job and pay structure on a whim *Management has zero accountability and will score you negatively for initiatives you need their help with, while they have been unable to secure the resources *The owner doesn't understand sales and thinks upping metrics will overcome shrinking leads pools, customer cash flow issues, and non existent training

Pros

They offer parking facilities and occasionally provide pizza for employees.

Cons

Positive reviews are likely biased, as they are primarily generated by favoured employees who receive preferential treatment from the owner. Hostile treatment of employees, including instances of verbal abuse and intimidation. Fostering a culture of conflict and division within different teams. Excessive micromanagement across all levels of the organization, stifling autonomy and creativity. The owner exhibits a pervasive attitude of superiority, disregarding the expertise and perspectives of others. Lack of HR support exacerbates issues related to employee mistreatment and conflicts in the workplace. Employees may encounter resistance or skepticism regarding their professional expertise, as the owner appears to prioritise subjective life experience over objective, scientifically-backed approaches.
