Being a small company means that each person has to work into a broad range of skills and grow into areas that they didn't necessarily expect to. However, this has helped me to grow a broader set of skills than I may have gotten elsewhere.

As an intern I was given the freedom to move to any department as long as there was work to be done there. I was able to learn a lot about sales, accounting, customer service, and management. Really interesting to be able to sit in on meetings each day and learn what makes a small business work.

There were no big cons that I can remember. Some work was rather repetitive but this can be expected at any internship.
