No cons, but this company is for individuals that have the ability to adapt to different industries and personalities with ease.

The team works really well together utilizing each others strengths . The company is very good about providing work-life balance. Though we all work remote, they make sure we meet on a regular basis.

The only thing I can think of is both a pro and a con. The remote work is awesome, but sometimes it makes it challenging when you want to bounce ideas off a co-worker.
