Very friendly atmosphere. Lots of exposure and lots to learn. Good place for new graduates. Open lots of new opportunities, if you use your time well.
Cons
Disorganized management & funding tends to make people leave for better opportunities. Lack of senior technical staff, hinders the learning opportunities of new employees.
