The people that work here are for the most part genuinely nice. The owner does care and wants things to be the best they can be. Quality of products is also high.

Communication is very poor, especially between the manufacturing side and the front office. Resources are scarce and people are overworked with constantly shifting projects and priorities. Nothing ever seems to actually get done.

Good Work Environment. No stress.
