      Pros

      Location was great for someone new to the city. Clients were great to work with.

      Cons

      Terrible management, low pay, bonus structure is based on employee retention which is something you as a lower level employee can’t control.

      Pros

      eshots is a great company to work for, the people are very knowledgeable and will help you learn and grow in your career. Managers and upper management have an "open door" policy, if you ever have something on your mind there are countless people that will help you and listen. It's a collaborative and positive working environment where people feel valued and appreciated. Also get exposure to fun clients and events - in the 2 years I've worked here no 2 projects are exactly the same - which keeping things interesting!
