Firstly, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. Clearly your experience with us wasn't a positive one and as we do try to be fair and open with all our employees, we feel it is only right we should respond to your review. As a business grows, there are always inevitable challenges. 2019 has been a big year for us to date and we have invested significantly in some great people who are going to help us grow the business even further - we’re really excited about the team that we have in place and the future looks bright. Working at a high growth, ambitious company is not for everyone, especially when not all processes and structures have been ironed out and implemented fully. However, we have made some changes to the organisation and as a result we’ve made massive strides forward with our working culture. We’re also recruiting some new core roles to the business including a Head of HR who will help us to drive a positive working environment and increase performance across the teams. It is never the case that everyone always agrees with the direction and objectives, however we are focussed on building a great company that solves its customers’ needs when it comes to financing large purchases.
