      Pros

      Great to work in a very collaborative team with talented individuals both in AU and the UK. Still learning something every day ! Large degree of autonomy. And a true belief in etika's vision to be an ethical finance company, which permeates everything they do.

      Cons

      As long as you're flexible and interested in other disciplines as well- none. At this stage of our growth, there's a need for generalists that don't mind getting their hands dirty. Mind you, that describes Marketing in most companies, really :)
