Pros
It's an exciting time to be working at etika, the team is relatively small with big ideas. The company has successfully rebranded and is investing a lot into the development of the platform. We work collaboratively with different teams and I'm encouraged to share my opinion. I'm giving a lot of autonomy and freedom to do my job, which allows me to take creative approaches and lead with value when managing my pipeline. The company has recently implemented a hybrid working model, which has given me a lot more flexibility. It's also a dog-friendly office which is a big bonus! Most importantly, everyone is genuinely kind and welcoming. There are no egos at etika. I am very happy to be here and excited to see us scale.
Cons
The team is still lean, which makes it a hands-on/collaborative effort. There's also a lot of freedom to do your job which means you have to make your own structure (especially in sales). There are sometimes early calls with Australia, which I love but is worth mentioning as we are often balancing our calendars to make sure we can work with our team on the other side.
