      Therapists sometimes feel isolated since they are the only ones at each clinic/PCP office that is a mental health specialist who follows less of a medical model than most healthcare workers there would.

      There are quite a few problems. They are growing very fast and that comes with some challenges. Be prepared to “evolve”.
