      Pros

      Co workers are very nice. Very dynamic environment (projects, technology) Offices are Ok (use to be great in glil-yam -now in raanna it's regular offices)

      Cons

      The code is without any documentation Every developer do what he wants - then he goes -and you stuck with his ugly code.. They hire only young developers -so some of the code is not so professional. Salaries are low. No curses what so ever -you have to learn by your self new stuff. Management only care about money -no one car's about standards of work. No extra stuff from this company (fun days etc.)

      Pros

      Like it or not - you'll swim. The amazing amount of responsibility put on your shoulders from the get go will have your learning a lot in a very short period of time.

      Cons

      You probably won't become an Olympic medalist swimmer. eWave does not have many best practices in play as far as project management, sales or marketing (correct for 2006).
