      Pros

      couldn't give -1 star has to give 1 no employment guarantee!! full of politics and blame game!! Any day could be your last day ! I see a lot of fake reviews on the page , entered by HR and Managers of EZDI.

      Cons

      Even after relieving they harass you for F&F and HR constantly asks you about the company you joined/joining as if they have a personal profit knowing that . People sitting in Gujrat are safe and hiring and firing going on in Pune without any sense. Only Manager's long time Pets are safe. If you are experienced Guy having its offer please refrain to join as its a TRAP. As after joining , many have absconded seeing its work culture and blame game politics.

      Pros

      Great technology and customer focus. Team atmosphere in day to day interaction with co-workers. Easy onboarding. Eager to learn from you and your experience.

      Cons

      Need more women in the organization and more inclusion in company direction. The organization has so much opportunity but needs to provide resources and direction when needed. While they value knowledge, at times it seems they only see your value at any given point in time and have no interest in long term collaborative employee model. Treat contributors with respect and inclusion.
