Pros

- Training and onboarding are really solid, you learn a lot in a short space of time. - Big focus on career development and progression, you are encouraged to upskill. - Management appreciate you and care about your wellbeing. - Team is super supportive and will never refuse to assist you with something. - Challenging and fulfilling work, overcoming challenges can be very satisfying. - Monthly socials, weekly food orders, seasonal/quarterly department socials. - Tight-knit team with great work culture, everyone likes spending time around one another. - Decent pay and bonus structure, rewards for achieving goals as a team/business. - A nice office with spaces for both taking a break and being able to get some focus tasks done. - There are dogs in the office. (I've worked in some pretty horrible workplaces and this just isn't one of them)

Cons

- The occasional 12-hour weekend shifts can be a bit painful, however, you are compensated for this pay wise and they aren't very frequent. - The odd customer can phone in a bit annoyed and you may take the brunt of that, resilience is key here (they aren't mad at you just frustrated with something not working) - Lack of communication or relationship with certain wider teams, sometimes feel like there are metaphorical walls. - Constantly evolving and developing processes that are sometimes counterintuitive. (Being super nitpicky here with cons, find it hard to find stuff I really dislike)
