Cons
Take percaution before accepting a position at fab'rik. It is by far the worst job I've ever had. AWFUL management and team that participate in petty drama, only care about themselves, and truly do not care about their job or the company. There is little to no room for growth and everything is so micromanaged. Hours are so long and the pay is terrible. You basically don't recieve any training but are expected to know everything. Owner/ manager and other employees leave the store on the clock and disappear for up to 45 minutes just walking around, shopping, and eating or even just in the back talking on the phone, leaving one person on the floor. You are scrutinized for everything that you do and nothing is good enough for the owner. They talk about their personal problems all day in front of customers ignoring them- no wonder daily goal is never made and impossible to reach. The product itself is made so poorly and so overpriced. Fab'rik is honestly just a sheisty scam of a company. Overall, terrible experience do NOT work here!
