* Sundays off
* You have full autonomy over your store
Cons
This company has so much potential to be more than what it is, but unfortunately, that will never be the case. As long as Dana Spinola is in charge, the company will continue to suffer. Although it's pretty much on it's last leg, Dana will still smile in your face, throw a last minute managerial party, and act like everything is okay. There is no accountability, any kind of touch base, or follow up about performance, which is why she had to shut down stores this year, Everyone (being on the retail and corporate side) is constantly overworked, underpaid, undermined, and miserable. Rather than taking any kind of accountability, Dana would much rather lie and place the blame on others, rather than acknowledging and fixing her many shortcomings. She talks so poorly about her team, whilst asking for the impossible.
Not to mention, she is extremely inappropriate. She:
* will text you way outside of business hours
* will gossip with other team members about or to you
*will ask you to drop off customer's packages to their home (with no gas reimbursement)
*will ask you a lot of random questions about your personal life
* will ask you to lie or deliver bad news on her behalf
