      Good Coworkers. Always help each other. Every day is usually different

      Pay is good one day and then not worth the stress the next day. Bonus only for certain jobs available.

      Pros

      You sit and watch Instagram reels all day.

      Cons

      Mangement has no idea whats going on. Im not sure how operations continue to run in this place. Maintence guys are good but have poor leadership. Operators are kind people but are paid pennies, stay away. Engineering does nothing like most people in the office. Stay away from this place. Benefits are horrible.
