1) the start-up environment that allows you to collaborate with multiple departments: you will get new skills and get to know all the colleagues 2) the office is cosy and the atmosphere very positive 3) the gym membership is a big plus is you are a fitness geek 4) multiculturalism sparks at the office and you get to know people from all around the world

There is still no job ticket allowance

Nice environment where you are treated with respect. It's a typical startup in growth phase so there is a lot to do and you have possiblities to develop personally. There is also sports flatrate and and regular team events.

Sometimes there are changes from today to tomorrow. But I guess this is what startup is about :)
