      The company has a very progressive approach to running the company. Based in part on the Netflix story, "No Rules Rules," the company continues to innovate and promote fewer constraints and more flexibility, within reason. Everyone is encouraged to provide feedback and the company is actually providing an open feedback course to encourage a willingness to share feedback across all regions and cultures.

      Cons

      Given the relatively small size of the company, some of the systems and methodologies are a bit behind in development.
