Pay is low, below the standard state average, and with all the work they ask of you you'll feel like you are being underpaid. Undervalued, they don't appreciate you or your hard work at all. Expect to work overtime or longer than your schedule. Benefits could be better. Merchandise isn't as good as it used to be. Corporate/upper management are rude and really don't care about you.
