-50% discount for managers -visual merchandising freedom -relative freedom in hiring team members -opportunities to help open new locations -decent pay -bonus structure was excellent, if your store could meet, or exceed plan
Cons
-loss prevention is non-existent, and manager suggestions are not heard -managers are expected to create monthly events to drive sales without any budget for marketing, etc -little productive contact with district and regional managers -overuse of conference calls that were supposed to remedy sales situations, etc but were merely chit-chat and a waste of time -felt much like a sorority, not a business -when understaffed, district manager provided little to no assistance in coverage or recruiting
