      Toxic management Lean teams with no aspirations to grow. Mentality is to do more with less, even when teams are struggling with heavy workloads and passive aggressive, narcissistic and gaslighting mangers.

      Nothing about the business. Liquidation and closure of the brand was one of the hardest things I've ever had to do.
