This company does not care about you. All they care about is sales and they will do anything to make the employees feel like it's their fault. The store manager I had was amazing but she would put herself on the line whenever we had an issue in our lives that needed our attention. She should not have to risk her job to help us. The company will push numbers for goals that make no sense. This company wants you to slave yourself but the pay doesn't match. I really wasn't trained, the customers are so rude and get away with it because the company wants a sale they don't care about you being respected.
