Management, corporate leadership, low pay, poor business outlook. Don’t think this company will last the next five years. Changed their pay brackets because they aren’t “in a position to be competitive.” Only the Boutique Leads are full time, so you never have coverage, but you better make your goals or you’ll never hear the end of it. Store teams are expected to live and breathe Francesca’s without any support from district or corporate management.
