the only good part was the employee discount

the company refused to pay me more than $13 an hour and would not bump my title up to assistant manager even though I was the assistant manager and worked EVERY DAY. The store had 4 employees and only 2 managers (one being me the other being the boutique lead), so one of us had to open, and the other had to close. I got paid the absolute bare minimum even though the store would’ve fallen apart without me.
