Pros
The team was lovely and tried their best. The brand was fun to work with & had a lot of clout in retail.
Cons
This has been single handily the worst place I have ever worked. Years on I am still shocked at the working conditions and emotional abuse people were suffering under. The CEO is awful. It was very obvious that he had trust issues, and was trying to catch his employees doing the wrong thing. He liked to pit people against each other, offer money as incentives to do the wrong thing, and was sometimes just down right rude and discriminatory. I heard him calling people fat behind their back, or that some had 'daddy issues'. It was a terrible place to work, and has had lasting emotional consequences on employees. Years later former employees still say how much they struggle with how they were treated in that place. It has a great brand, and that's what draws people in, but that brand was built off the back of some wonderful creatives/marketers, and not the work of the CEO. Hopefully the CEO sells it, and allows a better suited person to run the place. Do yourself a favour, and never work there.
