Pros

Not sure there are any to be completely honest- hell experience all built on lies, deception and manipulation.

Cons

CEO cares only about the product, not the people. Has created a very poor culture of entitled employees at head office Melbourne and treats the staff in Warehouse and offices in Dandenong as second class citizens. No heating, cooling, extreme work conditions, super high turn over of staff across all departments. Suppliers are left to last minute to be paid, Senior Management cannot be trusted along with CEO who plays everyone off against one another, creating lies to turn employees against one another. Just awful. Worst experience and a waste of my life. Micromanaging, degrading, over worked, underpaid and toxic environment. Mental health suffered due to lack of emotional maturity and connection to his staff. His product is amazing, though that’s because he has some creative talent holding in there in hope he’ll change. Only worries about the brand reputation and has no respect for the people building the brand. The business model is set up around 10months and your number is up. CEO is a child.

Pros

I’ve had a really positive experience working here. It’s a fast-paced environment with plenty of opportunities to learn and develop professionally. Leadership is very experienced and willing to share knowledge, and I’ve grown a lot from the experience so far.

Cons

Fast-paced environment, so there’s always something new to learn and work on.
