Pros

The people. Except the founder.

Cons

Ben Young the CEO and founder is a small man who gaslights his staff. He's an immature, narcissistic lying schoolyard bully with anger issues who trusts no one, cares only about money and treats his staff like absolute dirt. The brand has attracted some very talented people who he pumps up when they first arrive, lulling them into a false sense of security - but once the honeymoon period is over and they start to challenge his opinions, the nightmare begins. They leave (usually within a year) as shattered individuals due to his extreme micromanaging and bullying antics. He then bad-mouths these people to anyone who listens and the horrible cycle begins again. Only a few people have lasted more than a year and it's a mystery why they stay. Stockholm syndrome maybe? Seriously, if you value your sanity and mental health don't work here - and if you think it'll be different for you - it won't be, because it's not you, it’s him. He is never going to change. Grow up dude.

I’ve had a really positive experience working here. It’s a fast-paced environment with plenty of opportunities to learn and develop professionally. Leadership is very experienced and willing to share knowledge, and I’ve grown a lot from the experience so far.

Cons

Fast-paced environment, so there’s always something new to learn and work on.
